Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize transportation and export operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across domestic and cross border
Monitor and manage the team and their KPI
Monitor and manage Supplier KPIs
Manage daily outbound transportation activities
Monitor all transportation cost and spent
Manage with Vendors and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency
Monitor fleet performance and resolve operational issues promptly
Monitor export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations
Liaise with transporter, freight forwarders and shipping lines for smooth export processes
Ensure accurate invoicing and adherence to Incoterms
Plan and track execution of market orders to ensure On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery
Maintain effective communication with internal teams (SMS, WH, Finance, Customer Service) and external partners (Vendors & 3PL)
Act as the main point of contact for transportation and export queries
Troubleshoot SAP issues and escalate IT-related problems to avoid delays
Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve export lead times
Implement best practices for sustainability and efficiency in logistics operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years in transportation and export operations, preferably FMCG
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and SAP systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
