Job Description:

A leading technology provider specializing in innovative guest-facing solutions (hardware & software) for the global hospitality industry is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join their Operations team. In this standalone role, you will be the backbone of their supply chain, managing everything from global procurement of IT hardware to complex international shipping logistics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute purchase orders for high-tech equipment (servers, CPUs, specialized remote controls, etc.) based on technical specifications provided by the Sales and Engineering teams
  • Manage complex import/export operations globally, primarily utilizing air freight
  • Coordinate our owned warehouse in Athens and manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners in Singapore and Dubai
  • Issue all necessary shipping documents (Delivery Notes, etc.) and coordinate with the Accounting department
  • Maintain rigorous follow-ups on orders and shipments to ensure zero delays in project implementation
  • Utilize Entersoft ERP to track inventory, orders, and logistics data

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Logistics or Procurement within a commercial or 3PL environment
  • Solid experience in global import/export procedures and air freight
  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Time management & prioritization
  • University degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) to communicate with global suppliers and 3PL providers
