Logistics Specialist - Kyiv, Ukraine - Office based. ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team in Kiev, Ukraine. As a Logistics Specialist you will play a vital role by managing the end-to-end logistics process. This includes handling shipments, coordinating import/export activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and country-specific requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Process orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Physically handle incoming/outgoing goods, track shipments, and manage returns
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pro forma invoices)
  • Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriers
  • Maintain logistics records, inventory counts, and study related records
  • Provide reports to management and communicate in a timely manner to relevant teams

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Fluent Ukrainian
  • Ideally upper-intermediate English (B2)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 1C WMS knowledge is a plus
  • Desirable 2+ years’ experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Able to work independently
  • Available to work on site
