Job Responsibility

  • Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and road transport for national and international shipments
  • Planning and management of shipping activities in close cooperation with clients
  • Preparation of export documents (e.g., pro forma invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods certificates, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations and internal compliance guidelines
  • Processing customs declarations via the ExpoVit system
  • Serving as the central point of contact for export inquiries within the company

Requirements

  • Professional experience in export and/or import
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Structured, proactive, and independent work style
  • High quality and responsibility awareness
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
