As a Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate shipping and logistics processes, and manage customer service operations.
Job Responsibility:
Order Management: Enter orders for printers and demo products in SAP. Coordinate order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery status with internal teams and customers
Order Tracking: Monitor SAP reports to track order progress, resolve issues, and ensure accurate invoicing
Shipping Coordination: Organize and monitor shipments (domestic and international), prepare shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Customs and Export/Import Processes: Handle documentation for customs clearance, verify HS codes, and liaise with freight forwarders, ensuring shipments meet all legal requirements
Returns and Repairs: Coordinate returns and repairs, ensuring timely processing and communication with the customer
Claims Handling: Manage claims for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments and ensure resolutions in collaboration with logistics partners
Inventory and Shipping Reports: Maintain accurate shipping records, track inventory movement related to orders and returns, and support logistics reporting
Internal Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between customer service, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of deliveries
Invoice and Delivery Queries: Be the go-to contact for customer questions related to shipments, delivery documents, and invoicing
Customer Support: Communicate with customers to assist with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Logistics/Shipping (Import/Export) or Customer Service or a similar role
Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce (preferred) and basic Excel skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Ability to interact with customers and provide helpful advice
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
