Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and physically resilient Warehouse Logistics Specialist & Warehouse Delivery Driver with a proven record in high-volume logistics between facilities. Skilled in managing the full lifecycle of goods, from receiving and inventory tracking using RF scanners to securely loading and safely transporting orders to customer sites. A safety-focused professional with experience operating material-handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, committed to maintaining 99%+ order accuracy and meeting strict delivery deadlines. Adept at route optimization and providing professional customer service, ensuring all products reach their destination in excellent condition while following all DOT and OSHA regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Warehouse Operations: Proficient in picking, packing, labeling, and conducting cycle counts to ensure real-time inventory accuracy
  • Safe Driving: Expert at navigating local routes, performing pre-trip vehicle inspections, and managing delivery logs to comply with safety standards
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of frequently lifting 50-75lbs and remaining active throughout long shifts in varying weather conditions
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with warehouse management systems (WMS), GPS navigation systems, and automated tracking software (SAMSARA)
  • Work closely with the warehouse team and be able to flex to different areas on an as needed basis
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in warehousing
  • Self starter
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Experience working to timelines and communicating with the team
  • Hands on problem-solver
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English required

Nice to have:

  • Yard Dog/Hustler Operation experience
  • Ability to back trailers into tight dock doors, and navigate congested yards
  • Proficiency in operating a variety of warehouse machinery, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
  • Driving a 26ft flatbed non-CLD
