10+ years of logistics or warehouse operations experience preferred
Experience with international shipping, incoterms, and customs procedures
Certification or experience in hazardous material shipping (DOT, IATA) preferred
Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or PLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Office)
Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting
Skilled in equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and rigging/crating large items
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
APICS CLTD or similar certification a plus

Job Responsibility

Prepare and ship domestic and international orders, including required documentation
Coordinate shipments for trade shows and temporary imports
Manage import/export logistics to minimize customs delays
Handle hazardous materials packaging and shipping per DOT and IATA standards
Maintain records of all shipments, inventory transactions, and ERP updates
Oversee RMA and vendor return processes
Maintain min/max levels for packaging materials
Operate forklifts and powered handling equipment as needed
Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and documentation
Train and mentor team members on logistics and warehouse procedures
