Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Logistics Solution Representative to join a growing 3PL ... team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics solutions for worldwide clients. You will work closely with internal teams, including operations, IT, sales, and customer service, to develop tailored logistics strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery across multiple sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced operations/service levels
Continuously evaluate and improve existing logistics processes, leveraging data and technology to optimize operations for clients
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions
Provide guidance on operational best practices, process improvements, and customer service excellence
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for clients
Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace

Requirements:

Minimum 4 year in logistics coordination, supply chain analysis or account management in the transportation industry
Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills
Bilingualism is a must
