Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in: Dispatching, Trucking, 3PL, Logistics., Over the Road shipments....... who thrive in a fast-paced environment to tackle operational duties related to movement of freight containers via land (rail, over the road..)

Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
  • Assist in processing truck orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses

Requirements

  • Based in or around Montreal
  • Experience with over the road shipments is required, preferably from a Freight Forwarder, 3PL, Trucking or Shipping line experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
