Job Responsibility

  • Management and monitoring of production cycles with international manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia
  • Coordination of global transport logistics and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery to our distribution centers
  • Maintaining and updating production tracking systems and ERP data for accurate stock planning
  • Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to ensure production readiness and quality standards
  • Managing inventory levels and performing demand forecasting to ensure optimal product availability
  • Coordinating quality assurance processes and handling any production or shipping discrepancies
  • Acting as a central point of contact for internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Warehousing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in production coordination, logistics, or international purchasing
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience working with ERP software
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • German language skills are a significant advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for tabletop games, TCGs, or the gaming industry is highly desirable
