Job Description:

The manpower planning consists of: Planning the technical staff so that sufficient manpower resources with the correct skills/qualification are available to perform all work within the planned timeframes. Making rosters taking into account all legal aspects (labour law, CLA, ...), company requirements (productivity & safety), Human Factors and as well as satisfaction of the technician.

Job Responsibility:

Perform the scheduling of the technical staff in accordance with the applicable agreements (labour law, CLA, ...) and the planned workload
Follow-up and planning of training courses in function of: need (technician level), regulation(PART 145), supply, workload, ...
Managing leaves, absenteeism and the statistics
Plan and manage the extra resources (contractors, internships, job students) in cooperation with the production planning and keep record of their performance
Keep the database of the technical staff up to date
Keep the overview of actual working hours versus the remaining budgeted hours and the scheduled workload
Manage all administration (badges, presence, billing system, ...)
Support HR in the preparation of wages by giving data and documents on time

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of English, French and Dutch verbal and written skills
Basic applications MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
General interest in M&E with regard to workload planning
Experience with SP Expert is considered as an advantage

Experience with SP Expert
