Strong understanding of social media growth mechanics, especially for video-first platforms
Proven experience working with influencers or content creators and managing multiple collaborations simultaneously
Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights
Passionate about digital media, social platforms, and the creator economy

Job Responsibility

Proactively identify, pitch, and build long-term relationships with relevant content creators and influencers across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Lead influencer outreach efforts to generate strategic “handshakes” and collaborations that drive audience growth and visibility for Secret Media Network brands
Negotiate collaboration formats, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs with creators, ensuring clear expectations and mutual value
Manage onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer-led content campaigns aligned with editorial and social growth strategies
Work closely with editorial, video, social media and marketing to ensure influencer content is on-brand, timely, and optimized for each platform
Define content scopes, creative guidelines, and delivery schedules for influencer collaborations
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis
Track and analyze performance of influencer collaborations using KPIs such as video views, reach, follower growth, engagement, and impressions
Use data and insights to continuously optimize influencer strategies and recommend improvements
