We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Order Tracking Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring global shipments, managing customs clearance processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners. You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving efficiently across our international hubs, minimizing delays, and supporting a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor monday.com boards daily across all hubs to ensure in-transit orders are progressing as planned
Identify potential delays or disruptions and take proactive corrective actions
Liaise with customs authorities in destination countries to resolve shipment holds
Prepare and submit required documentation, including commercial invoices and supporting certificates
Manage UK customs clearance with accurate and timely submissions
Work closely with logistics teams in India and China to ensure shipments are cleared within 24 hours
Coordinate to avoid delays at origin and maintain smooth outbound operations
Collaborate with courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders) to resolve delivery issues
Handle cases such as missing addresses, failed delivery attempts, and customs delays
Partner with the Customer Success team to communicate shipment updates and delays
Assist in collecting necessary documentation or information from customers for customs clearance
Maintain accurate order status updates within the Geomiq platform
Mark orders as 'received' for the India hub and ensure data integrity
Identify recurring logistics or customs challenges and propose solutions
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to improve processes
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with courier systems (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is a plus
Experience with tools like monday.com or similar platforms is advantageous
