Job Responsibility

  • Review and process customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter and manage order data within internal business systems using SAP
  • Support electronic order processing workflows and ensure timely release of incoming orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on shipping requirements and order fulfillment expectations
  • Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide updates on order status, product availability, and shipment tracking details
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, including pricing and order-related data
  • Assist with managing EDI-related data and ensuring system accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, including shipping discrepancies, billing concerns, and customer inquiries
