Job Responsibility

  • Warehousing, bundling, and wrapping of cargo
  • Loading and unloading containers, trucks, and trains
  • Stacking and storing cargo as per yard requirements
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clerical staff
  • Operating forklifts, reach stackers, and front-end loaders (training provided if required)
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned machinery and ensuring a safe, organized work environment
  • Adhering to company policies, safety procedures, and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Maritime Safety Identification Card (MSIC) – Mandatory
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or general labouring
  • Understanding of safe work procedures and logistics operations
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain an organised work environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential out-of-hours shifts
  • Successful applicants must pass pre-employment checks, including a medical
  • These roles are not offered as FIFO/DIDO positions

Nice to have

  • High-risk licenses (Forklift, Reach Stacker, Front-End Loader) – training provided if required
  • Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Training & Assessment, Frontline Management, or WHS
  • Experience in logistics/transport
  • Experience operating heavy machinery and conducting safety assessments (JSEAs or similar)
