ATR is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimize the global spare parts logistics activities within our Customers Support and Services in Nicolas’s team: a team of 6 collaborators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of the warehousing services provider: Overseeing LSP for warehousing and ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and key performance indicators (SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, activity continuity and volume, training…)
  • Organizing and leading regular business reviews (weekly/monthly)
  • Overseeing logistics standard operating procedures
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives & projects to optimize quality, costs and efficiency, collaborating with the service provider on improvement plans
  • Logistics Operations Management: As part of the spares Logistics team, you will be the focal point for all warehouse-related topics and you will provide daily support to other support function (order follow-up, blockage resolution, …)
  • Deployment of Logistics Industrial Tools: Deploying and managing logistics industrial tools and digital dashboards necessary for activity management

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in warehousing operation management, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in logistics
  • Experience in managing contracts with logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems, including TMS (Transport Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), EDI way of working (xml file exchange, webservice…), as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP R3 WM/MM modules, SAP BW and Power Bi
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in English and in French
  • Fluent in English and French
