Job Description

Logistics & Operations Internship – Shape the Future with Ariston Group. At Ariston Group, we are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Intern to support our WCM program and contribute to impactful production and logistics projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Standardize workflows: Create SOPs, One Point Lessons, and maintenance standards
  • Drive performance: Monitor KPIs and support daily Gemba meetings
  • Optimize logistics: Analyze and manage material flows
  • Lead improvements: Participate in Kaizen projects and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic industrial process knowledge
