Our client in the transport industry, a very well-known and respected company who is looking for a logistics operations assistant for the logistics team.
Job Responsibility
Assist the account manager with business operational support
Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
Act as a point of contact between customers, carriers, sales and internal teams
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalations professionally
Prepare, review and manage shipping documentation
Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
Requirements
Bilingual English and French required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics
Ability to manage tracks across North America, including cross-border Canada/US
