Job Description:

The Global Business Services (GBS) area of EDP Global Solutions manages cross-functional logistics projects across the EDP Group, supporting application development, performance reporting, cost control, and continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage cross-functional logistics projects across different companies within the EDP Group
  • Develop functional specifications and analyze technical requirements to support application development
  • Design and support the creation of Power BI reports to provide management insights and performance monitoring
  • Monitor the budget, invoicing, and operational costs managed by the GBS-LOG-LOM team
  • Identify, propose, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, or a related field
  • Professional experience in logistics, project management, process management, and cost management and control is valued
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly in Logistics modules (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (mandatory) and Power BI (preferred)
  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and preferably English and Spanish
  • Initiative and proactivity in continuous improvement, process mapping, and management control
  • Strong teamwork skills, proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in technological innovation, with a high level of rigor and attention to detail
  • Availability to travel within the country

Nice to have:

  • Professional experience in logistics, project management, process management, and cost management and control is valued
  • Proficiency in Power BI (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
