Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Officer for an immediate start. This is a permanent full-time position based in our office in Luxembourg. As part of the Supply Chain team, you keep and maintain the logistics tasks and processes to the best level, and you help the department in its constant growth. This position will suit you perfectly if you have a taste for innovation and the desire to make things happen. You would be the ideal candidate if you have the right combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills, which you implement to tackle logistics challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the order and invoice processing cycle for Flen Health entities
  • Process claims and clients' requests (exchange of goods, credit notes…)
  • Provide samples of our products to the Sales team
  • Assist with stock procurement for Flen Health entities
  • Supply the Flen Health entities' warehouses
  • Operate a monthly stock check with the finance department
  • Carry out administrative tasks for quotations, e-mails and calls
  • Produce sales reports
  • Assist the Marketing department in providing promotional material and by making reports on quantities and costs

Requirements

  • Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in English with an intermediate level French
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work towards tight deadlines whilst keeping details in focus
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Interest in digitalization and keen to understand and work with supply chain related reporting systems
  • Dynamic and open for change

Nice to have

German or Dutch is an asset
