Job Description:

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Logistics Material Management & Acquisitions for the Cyber TMAS II contract, supporting the Air Force.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform hands on server and workstation management in support of a dynamic SCIF environment
  • Respond to Information System Security Officer’s guidance in maintaining compliance with system security requirements
  • Test, troubleshoot and apply corrections to information systems
  • and apply patches and software upgrades
  • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of all Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures using Air Force guidance
  • Accomplish cybersecurity incident monitoring and response
  • Perform hardware and software configuration management
  • Support high security video teleconference meetings and maintain said systems
  • Perform additional duties common to those in support of Air Force vaults

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree and at least 10 years of applicable experience
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Experience in DOD contracting and acquisition, logistics inventory control, equipment supply operations and material management
  • Experience working with Form 9 purchases, Technical Requirements Document (TRD), Sole Source Justification purchases, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW) and Statement of Objectives (SOO)
  • Air Force organizational logistics contract or purchasing experience
  • USAF supply management experience
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal communications skills
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Capable of traveling to contractors’ facilities, test sites, and other locations, infrequently if needed

Nice to have:

Logistics Material Control Activity RDT&E management experience desired
