Randstad has partnered exclusively with a leading technology and critical communications organisation in Australia. Due to continued growth our client based in the Welshpool are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods
Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate and schedule dispatch of shipments
Organise and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
Maintain logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
Experience in Logistics is essential
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior work experience in Logistics and Supply Chain is required
