The Role As a member of the management team, be fully accountable for all aspects of the department, responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation and safety of all personnel within the Logistics Department, staff, contractors and visitors within these areas. Continually improve efficiencies within the logistics department, responsible for managing the day-to-day people resource whilst achieving and communicating operational targets, both within their own team and across the wider organisation. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring their team members understand performance measures and how they are performing against them. They will be able to identify possible areas of improvement in key focus areas. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A national CPC licence holder is a requirement for this role
Good Geographical knowledge of Southern England
Able to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Able to comply with Company policies and procedures and management instructions
Flexibility for ad hoc travel as needed with a valid driver’s license
