We are looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing logistics processes, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring seamless global operations. This position offers a hybrid work environment, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and enhance logistics operations to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-regional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives
  • Utilize SAP and other tools to manage integration processes, including codes and modules
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain and distribution workflows
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage customer-facing communications while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with global logistics standards
  • Oversee and coordinate activities across multiple regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement in international logistics operations
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics to leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with a global scope
  • Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with managing integration processes involving codes and modules
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to process data and implement cost-saving measures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with senior management and regional teams
  • Ability to develop and execute process improvements in supply chain and logistics workflows
  • Experience managing customer relationships and addressing client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with international logistics and distribution practices
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
