Logistics Manager

• Coordinate the warehouse and distribution team, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks
• Ensure the availability of materials and products required for production and maintenance processes
• Plan, organize, and oversee purchasing processes, controlling costs and promoting efficient resource management
• Develop and implement mechanisms and procedures to ensure effective inventory and supply management
• Manage the logistics team, including supervision, performance evaluation, and continuous training according to each team member's responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures in all logistics operations
• Propose continuous process improvements

• High Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-year experience in similar duties
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing planning, and logistics process optimization
• Results-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (Procurement Module)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English is essential
• A valid international driving license is preferred
• Availability for mobility
