Logistics Manager

• Lead the logistics team to deliver results, driving continuous improvements in Safety, Service, and Productivity
• Drive ERP integration, specifically leading the transition of logistics functions into the Octane system to improve automation and visibility
• Execute fleet optimization programs to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational overheads
• Manage operational performance, coaching and mentoring the warehouse and logistics teams through a period of change
• Actively ensure a safe working environment, maintaining stringent Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and HSSE compliance standards

• Extensive experience in a senior logistics or operations role, specifically managing heavy vehicles and distributed depots
• Exposure to Fuel or Dangerous Goods is highly regarded
• Proven ability to lead systems change, including implementing or optimizing logistics modules within an ERP system
• Experience with performance management and the ability to manage 'old-school' workforces through strategic shifts
• Resolution and results-focused mindset with the ability to operate autonomously as a 'self-starter'
• Strong computer skills
• experience with Sage 300 or similar enterprise software is critical
• 5 years experience
• Logistics or supply chain related qualifications
• Secondary School/High School education
