We are seeking a Logistics Lead to drive operational excellence in our Quick Commerce logistics network. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of designing efficient delivery processes, establishing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimizing our operations to meet the demands of fast-paced commerce. You'll work across functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement, focusing on process optimization rather than personnel management. This is an opportunity to shape how we deliver speed and reliability to our customers while building scalable, efficient logistics systems.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze differences in handling and delivery requirements across product categories (e.g., perishables, fragile items, bulky goods, high-value items)
Define differentiated logistics approaches per category
Design tailored delivery workflows where required
Build and document SOPs for packaging standards, handover protocols, special handling requirements, exception management
Ensure consistent execution across areas and hubs
Monitor logistics KPIs by product category: Delivery time variance, Damage rate, Complaint rate, Return rate
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Work closely with Commercial (new product launches), Procurement (supplier packaging standards), Warehouse/Dark Store operations, Area/Fleet Managers (for operational rollout)
Ensure logistics readiness before category expansion
Identify inefficiencies linked to product mix changes
Pilot new delivery models where required
Optimize cost-to-serve per product segment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or a similar quantitative discipline
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within product/e-commerce operations, logistics or a similar systems focused role
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for complex data manipulation and ad hoc analyses
Comfortable with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Comfortable in learning and mastering new, complex software and internal tools
GIS knowledge is desirable
Proficient communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
5+ years in operations, supply chain, or quick commerce
Strong process design and analytical skills
Experience in multi-category or complex fulfillment environments
Structured thinker with execution discipline
Strong cross-functional influence (without direct authority)
