Logistics Lead Coordinator

• Coordinating accurate and timely logistics and transportation transactions
• Conducting quality assurance of inbound and outbound transportation activity
• Supporting the movement of product from suppliers to customers by ensuring service commitments are met, costs are controlled, and operational issues are resolved efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external Union Supply customers and client partners

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and via email
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while interacting with stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and cloud‑based systems
• experience with logistics or transportation systems preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and act on operational reports

• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation flow, and operational accountability
• Works collaboratively as part of a team with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and follow‑through

Experience with logistics or transportation systems preferred
