Job Responsibility:
Plan and coordinate international shipments across air, sea, road, and rail
Prepare and manage export and import documentation
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms
Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and authorities
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation costs
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and customers
Resolve delivery issues, delays, damages, and claims
Monitor logistics performance and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate records using logistics and ERP systems
Requirements:
Basic organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle assigned tasks efficiently
Good communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to learn and work in a team
Attention to detail in maintaining records and supporting documentation accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn decision-making under guidance
