Job Responsibility:

  • Help create and manage sales and purchase orders
  • Make sure all orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Handle day-to-day logistics tasks like planning shipments, arranging dispatch, and making sure deliveries are done smoothly
  • Keep an eye on where goods are during transit
  • Solve any delivery problems and manage returns from customers
  • Check stock levels regularly
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure products are available and records are accurate
  • Work with transport and logistics partners to make sure deliveries happen on time
  • Help with price and contract discussions if needed
  • Create regular reports, track logistics performance, and help find ways to save costs and improve the process

Requirements:

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or related specialization
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment
