Airbus FHS provides customized services to its Customers (mainly Airlines) ranging from FHS-Component up to FHS TSP (Tailored Support Program) with the objective to provide airlines with significant inventory management and repair cost savings whilst supporting the improvement of their maintenance and engineering activities to allow an increased aircraft reliability and availability in an improved airworthy environment. This position is part of the FHS Component Operations India and South Asia team based in New Delhi, reporting locally to the Head of FHS Component Operations India and South Asia, and functionally to SMROS FHS Warehousing Global Lead.
Job Responsibility:
Warranty Management: Daily review of airline tech logs/DFPs/WOs to identify and claim compensation for Line Maintenance defects
Assessment of Heavy Maintenance work packs to identify material and labor claims with Original Equipment Manufacturers
Review of Service Bulletins for warranty entitlement
Assessment of warranty rejections and liaising with suppliers
Analysis and review of expendable equipment to identify individual part claims
To enforce contractual terms and recover associated benefits
To apply continuous improvement to develop processes, procedures and systems
Lead/Support periodic program reviews
Identify, create and manage warranty claims for component, line maintenance, heavy maintenance and other eligible events
Reporting as per set KPI
Repair Management: Managing Repair Loop for Components
AMASIS Transaction, Repair Loop and Logistics management close coordination with stakeholders involved
Outgoing Inspection, Checklist preparation, AMASIS Updation for Drop Shipment directly to Repairer
Core unit return time Monitoring for Component
Logistics Coordination activities
Receiving Inspection of Unserviceable Unit (Virtual serviceable receipt to support FTM Function)
Generating Repair Order
Export Preparation

Warranty Verification on received equipment
Requirements:
Graduation/Degree in Engineering (preferably Aviation related)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Logistics environment
Experience in working with OEM, Suppliers, MRO
Hands on experience on Aviation ERP / SAP MM Module preferable
Knowledge on Computer Applications and MS Office/G Suite
Autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in timely environment
