Job Responsibility:
Strategic Material Flow: Oversee the movement of materials to ensure pinpoint accuracy and just-in-time delivery to production lines
Lean Leadership: Implement and manage systems to streamline handling and eliminate waste
Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives and use data analytics to identify trends, reduce costs, and sharpen operational performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure logistics are perfectly aligned with broader business goals
Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring team members on logistics best practices
Requirements:
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
Proven track record in internal logistics within a manufacturing environment (Medical Device experience is a significant plus)
Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and hands-on experience implementing Mizusumashi systems
Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced data analytics
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change
