Job Description:

We're Hiring: Logistics Dispatcher. Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL). Client Focus: North America & beyond. If you're passionate about client relationships, solving shipping puzzles, and keeping freight moving like clockwork, this role might be for you. Job Responsibility:

Handle day-to-day freight coordination, pricing, and issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with a network of carriers
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
Track shipments, monitor service performance, and provide regular updates
Find creative shipping solutions when things get tricky
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and boost customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
You’re organized, proactive, and love making clients feel supported
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with logistics platforms
A 'get-it-done' attitude and a passion for problem-solving
