Job Description

Specializing in worldwide logistics, located in the West Island of Montreal, currently seeking a Logistics Customer Success for the Ground shipment division.

Job Responsibility

  • Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
  • Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you or that you have brought on board
  • Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients
  • Identify and grow business should the opportunity present itself from assigned clients (inside sales)
  • Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
  • Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 year in logistics ground operations
  • Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingualism is a must
