Job Description

Join Our Team: Customer Service Superstar. Location: St Laurent. Industry: Transport and Warehousing (3PL). Position: Full-Time. Job Responsibility

  • Handle the day-to-day incoming requests for warehouse orders
  • Act as a point of contact for client requests, resolve issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or delivery problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing slips, shipping labels) is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide regular reports on shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Warehouse, dispatch, and logistics team to align clients needs and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3PL warehousing / logistics setting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • English with a working professional French is required
  • Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
