Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient order processing and overseeing warehouse activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing material flow.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the processing of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock management and prevent shortages
Implement and uphold best practices for warehouse organization and logistics efficiency
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline material flow and support production needs
Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies
Manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments to meet customer delivery expectations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment within the warehouse
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs
Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or logistics
Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with logistics processes and supply chain management
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse setting
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with warehouse management software or related tools
