Job Description:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support fast-paced distribution operations within an e-commerce environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory flow, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a deadline-driven setting where efficiency and accuracy are critical.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling carriers and tracking deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning
  • Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records
  • Assist with order processing and documentation
  • Support reporting on shipping metrics, delivery timelines, and costs
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution environments preferred
  • Logistics/ERP Systems: NetSuite, SAP, or similar (preferred)
  • Shipping Platforms: UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: tracking, reporting, data organization (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution environments
  • Logistics/ERP Systems: NetSuite, SAP, or similar
