Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Communicate regularly with vendors and internal departments to address issues and minimize delays
Develop and strengthen vendor relationships to maintain seamless logistics operations
Manage high volumes of correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail
Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies or challenges promptly
Maintain accurate and organized records using company systems and Microsoft Office tools
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete daily logistics tasks
Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout logistics operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related coordination role
Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud-based logistics software is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle diverse personalities and resolve complex challenges effectively
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
