Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and handle critical logistics and operations tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Utilize computer systems and software platforms, including Salesforce, to track and manage logistics and operational data
  • Coordinate patient intake processes while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with Veterans Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational goals
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support cross-functional teams by sharing updates and ensuring alignment on logistics activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications and typing skills, with familiarity in Salesforce being a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Experience with patient intake processes and related administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of Veterans Affairs operations or similar government-related services is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to anticipate and solve challenges
