Job Description:

Are you an experienced Logistics Coordinator eager to join a dynamic company in the DIY and hardware industry with a strong presence in the Greek market? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for efficient logistics operations, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Planning, managing, and monitoring the import schedule
Managing order placement and ensuring smooth execution in coordination with the warehouse
Reviewing and entering order documents into the ERP system
Communicating product availability and expected delivery dates to relevant departments
Organizing and supervising transportation, customs procedures, and partnerships with 3PL providers
Registering new products and maintaining updated records in the ERP system
Working closely with suppliers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
Overseeing inventory management and processes related to the warehouse and showroom

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's or Technical University degree
Excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and BI systems

Nice to have:

Team player with a proactive approach
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
