Logistics Coordinator

• Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise
• Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed
• Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information
• Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies
• Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

• Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset
