Job Responsibility:
Manage inventory levels, stock control, and material reordering
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately
Process orders, including picking, packing, and dispatching materials
Coordinate outbound shipments, transport, and delivery scheduling
Maintain accurate data in systems and support logistics reporting
Provide responsive customer service and handle order inquiries
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
Support general warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation coordination
Hands-on experience with inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination
Experience working with logistics or ERP systems
Data management, good excel skills -formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, VLookup, and automation
Familiarity with transportation planning, carrier coordination, and routing/scheduling
Experience managing inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation (BOL, shipping papers, customs docs if applicable)
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including stock control, picking/packing, and material handling processes
Exposure to working with 3PLs (third-party logistics providers) and external vendors
Experience in data tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance in logistics environments
Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments (manufacturing, distribution, or retail logistics preferred)
Candidates must be legally authorized to work independently in the country where the role is based
Final candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check
