Job Description

With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Transportation Logistics Coordinators at our office in Brant, ON. This role is for a highly organized person with strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management. Scotlynn is a multinational produce grower and transportation provider specializing in time-sensitive refrigerated products. Job Responsibility

  • Handling high telephone call volumes in a courteous, efficient manner
  • Working with carriers and drivers to monitor loading, unloading, and the time management of freight transit
  • Assist Logistics Account Manager in communication and updates
  • Performing data entry accurately, maintaining up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System
  • Develop long-term relationships with drivers by providing them with excellent customer service
  • Proactively identify and solve issues with Logistics Account Manager
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed by the Logistics Account Manager
