Job Description:

Do you have nerves of steel, the organizational skills of a chess grandmaster, and a deep love for things that are way too big for regular trucks? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who thrives under pressure, loves a good challenge, and can move mountains (or at least 100-ton transformers). You'll be the mastermind behind moving project cargo — from massive machinery to oversized, overweight shipments — across land, sea, and air. If it doesn’t fit in a box, it fits your job description.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of project cargo shipments across air, sea, and land
  • Ensure all transportation activities comply with applicable regulations, permits, and safety standards
  • Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to manage logistics requirements
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in logistics systems and databases
  • Support risk assessment and contingency planning for high-value or sensitive shipments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, for project cargo coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and transport documentation
  • Experience handling out-of-gauge (OOG), heavy-lift, or non-standard shipments is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

Nice to have:

Experience handling out-of-gauge (OOG), heavy-lift, or non-standard shipments

What we offer:
  • Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Benefits available
  • Telehealth service
  • Employee Assistance Program to promote wellbeing
  • Profit sharing program
  • 5 sick days plus 1 floater + vacation weeks
  • Free parking onsite
