We're working with a well-established, family-run logistics company based in Godalming, and they're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity where your contributions will be valued from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and logistics partners
  • Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
  • Resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep things running smoothly
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration
  • A calm, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Must drive - no access via public transport
