Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract in Rancho Dominguez, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient movement, tracking, and organization of goods within our warehouse operations. The position requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate routing processes for major retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Print labels and distribute order instructions to warehouse staff for efficient processing
Collaborate with third-party warehouse teams to ensure accurate shipment of purchase orders
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries effectively
Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain operational accuracy and compliance
Ensure adherence to vendor compliance rules for streamlined operations
Repack goods as needed, including customer samples, to meet quality standards
Be prepared to work overtime during peak seasons to meet business demands
Perform additional duties as assigned, such as general cleaning or equipment upkeep

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities
Effective communication skills, particularly within Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Knowledge or experience with warehouse management systems
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Prior experience in 3rd party logistics or warehouse operations is preferred
Familiarity with vendor compliance regulations is advantageous
