Logistics Coordinator

• Oversee freight movement from pickup through final delivery and provide timely shipment updates to relevant stakeholders
• Track transportation activity across various carriers and logistics partners to maintain accurate in-transit visibility
• Arrange and confirm last-mile delivery schedules to help ensure successful and on-time completion
• Communicate with customers, consignees, agents, drivers, and carriers to address questions and support smooth execution
• Recognize developing service concerns, escalate issues when needed, and help drive timely resolution
• Record shipment milestones, exceptions, and follow-up actions while keeping logistics documentation current and accurate
• Research delays, damages, and delivery-related problems to determine root causes and next steps
• Support recovery efforts for disrupted shipments in order to protect customer commitments and minimize service impact
• Review proof-of-delivery documentation and confirm that all completion requirements have been satisfied

• Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, distribution, or shipping operations
• Ability to monitor shipments, manage status updates, and coordinate across multiple transportation providers
• Working knowledge of shipping processes, delivery execution, and final-mile logistics activities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, drivers, and third-party partners
• Proven ability to investigate service exceptions and handle urgent issues in a deadline-driven setting
• High level of accuracy in documentation, recordkeeping, and shipment tracking activities
• Familiarity with customs processes or cross-border shipping support is a plus
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong service and follow-through
