Job Responsibility:
Documentation & Compliance
Paperwork Preparation: Drafting Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and commercial invoices
Record Keeping: Organizing shipping logs and digital files for auditing and billing purposes
Order Fulfillment: Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and labeled correctly
Communication & Problem Solving
Internal Liaison: Acting as the primary contact between the sales, production, and accounting departments
Vendor Relations: Negotiating contracts and service rates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Reverse Logistics: Managing the process of customer returns, repairs, or recycling
Stock Reconciliation: Verifying that physical inventory matches the data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Requirements:
Min 2 years Logistics Coordinator experience
excellent communication, written/verbal
proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
