The Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in managing and tracking container movements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and leveraging a variety of business systems to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating the processing and tracking of container movements to ensure timely delivery
Utilizing business systems such as CRM and ERP Solutions for efficient logistics management
Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations
Utilizing Cargowise and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage container movements
Performing billing functions accurately to maintain financial accountability
Offering excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships
Handling queries and resolving issues related to customs and other logistics-related aspects
Maintaining accurate records to ensure all logistics operations are traceable and transparent
Utilizing 'About Time' for effective time management and scheduling
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Logistics Coordinator
Proficiency in business systems and ERP solutions
Familiarity with Cargowise software
Proven experience in CRM systems
Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Knowledge of 'About Time' software is desirable
Ability to handle billing functions efficiently
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
