Logistics Coordinator

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
• assist in processing import orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
• collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
• troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, discrepancies, delays, and other import-related concerns
• provide customers with updates on the status of their orders, shipping delays, and any other relevant information
• maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses in the CRM/Salesforce database

• Based in or around Montreal
• experience with imports is required
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
• bilingual (French & English) an asset
